The Villa

The heart of the property — a generous 460 m² split-level residence built in the classic Cycladic style. Light-filled interiors open onto terraces and outdoor spaces, creating a seamless connection between inside and outside living.

Five of the six bedrooms feature king or queen double beds; one room is fitted with two single beds, making it ideal for younger guests or siblings. All bedrooms have private en-suite bathrooms.

Living & Dining

The open-plan living and dining areas are designed for relaxed, unhurried days — whether you're sharing a long lunch, gathering in the evening, or simply enjoying the views with a coffee. High ceilings and whitewashed walls keep the space cool and airy throughout the summer months.

The fully equipped kitchen is large enough to cater for the whole group, and opens directly onto the main terrace.

Separate Annexe

Guest House One

The first guest house is a self-contained 60 m² retreat set slightly apart from the main villa. It offers complete independence — a private entrance, bedroom, bathroom, and its own living space — while remaining within easy reach of the shared outdoor areas.

Ideal for a couple or two guests who want their own sanctuary within the property.

Separate Annexe

Guest House Two

Identical in layout to the first guest house, this second 60 m² annexe mirrors its partner in comfort and privacy. Both guest houses are finished to the same standard as the main villa, with white linen, quality furnishings, and their own private outdoor space.

Together, the two guest houses mean even the largest groups can arrive without anyone feeling squeezed.
